Information you provide
If you use the assessment enquiry form, PRAI receives the information you enter, such as your name, business email, company, website, selected service and enquiry message. Please do not submit passwords, confidential client records or sensitive personal information.
Assessment form processing
The assessment form uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a form relay to deliver submissions to PRAI at elvira@prais.uk. Amazon Web Services (AWS) may process submission and technical data as part of delivering the message. Its own privacy terms also apply to that processing.
Hosting
The public website is hosted using Amazon Web Services. Hosting infrastructure can generate technical logs required to operate and protect the service.
Analytics
If you consent, PRAI uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand website use and improve the public site. These services can process technical and usage data such as pages viewed, browser or device information, referral information and interaction data. Microsoft Clarity can provide heatmaps and session recordings and masks sensitive content by default. Optional analytics are not loaded if you reject analytics.

The site links to PRAI social media pages and other external services. Those services apply their own privacy information and settings.

Private software, client accounts and AI-agent connections will be documented before they process personal data through this website.
